Material Play workshop
The purpose of the workshop is to explore in praxis the relations between materiality and play, by playing around with materials and trying to formulate what turns a material into a plaything, and if there is some way of formalizing that turning point.

In groups, participants will be asked to select 2 or 3 materials (provided by the organizers), to discover if and how they are turned into playthings. Groups will be asked to describe and formalize the material and contextual triggers for play.
